Everett, I fished the cascade today with success. Saw about 10 other fisherman hanging around the hatchery. The 2 fish I caught today looked to be the only action. I fished the rapids in front of the mouth of the hatchery. Was drifting 1 oz slinky (w/ bead), 18 in leader with a red aero drifter with a touch of shrimp scent. Saw just about everyone else jiggin but didn't see any bobber's going "down periscope". It seem's as though not much information is being passed to you. Hope this blog help's you and your buddy catch some steelies. After all, we all have had information passed down to us.
